Prof. Dr. Raad Shakir, CBE, is a Professor of Neurology at Imperial College London and a Consultant Neurologist at Charing Cross Hospital. Professor Shakir also served as President of the World Federation of Neurology (WFN), and he is a constant and enthusiastic presence in teaching courses on neurorehabilitation.

Professor Shakir is focused on bringing forward young specialists in the field of neurology and neurorehabilitation, and to this end, he has become actively involved in all case presentations delivered on various occasions.

This brief interview with Professor Dr. Raad Shakir was recorded at the 12^th Teaching Course on Neurorehabilitation, September 2^nd – 3^rd, 2022, which took place in Eforie Nord, Romania.
